Once your order has been placed and sent, it will unfortunately be too late to change your shipping address. Please contact us at support@lannata.com so we can help you prior to the order being shipped.




We offer payment in a variety of currencies. To switch currencies, click on the drop-down menu in the top right-hand corner of your screen. We are always adding new currencies, but at the moment you can shop in Australian Dollars, British Pounds, Euros and US Dollars.

We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal.

Once the payment is made, we will send you a confirmation email with your invoice.

No, it is not mandatory, you can select express checkout when checking out. But having an account allows you to have your shipping address registered, and will make the checkout process faster next time.

On the sign in page for your account, click on “forgot your password” and then enter the email address you created your account with. We will then send you an email to reset your password. If you can’t find the email, please check your junk inbox.
