Returns

We offer returns from for items received within 7 days from the date of delivery. The shipping charges will be payable by the customer.

Items must be returned clean, unused and with all their tags attached. Naturally any faulty items can be returned. Returns of any non-faulty items that are not in condition suitable for resale (i.e. used, washed, damaged, soiled or altered) will not be accepted nor refunded.

  • Contact us via email and advise why you are returning the item/s. Please contact us at support@lannata.com and provide us with your order number and what item/s you would like to return or exchange. We will then send you further return instructions, including a returns address.
  • Pack the item/s and document received in the original box or similar to ensure the items reach us safely.
  • Ensure that the returns address or label is affixed to the front of the package.
  • Provide a tracking number via email to support@lannata.com
  • Your customer service representative will be in touch to confirm the return of your item/s and process your refund. Most refunds will take between 7-10 working days to process fully.

Intimate items

Please note that Lannata does not accept returns or refunds on intimate garments this includes bodysuits.

    Sale Items

    Final Sale styles are last chance styles and will not be restocked. All products are marked to clear and not eligible for a return unless confirmed faulty by our team.

    Returns Terms and Conditions

    Under Standard Returns procedures goods can be returned to Lannata providing they are unworn, and in the same condition that they were when delivered to you. Returns can be made according to agreement at the time of purchase. Under this agreement, any sum debited to us from your credit or debit card will be re-credited to that credit or debit account within 14 days of your order. Most refunds are processed within 7-10 working days of the goods being returned subject to their condition upon receipt and the time for the funds to be returned. This timing will also be dependent on your banks processing timing.

    We will not refund any postage and packing charges if you cancel an order or return goods after the 7 days allowed under the Distance Selling Regulations or if you only cancel part of your order.

    Sale and promotional items that are returned within the 7 days allowed under the Distance Selling Regulations will only be refunded by credit note for use on our online store.

    We do not take any responsibility for any undelivered or lost packages related to returns. Any courier issues relating to returns will need to be handled by the customer.
